On the dashboard I'm having this message

There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you.

I have followed many of your support thread and could not solve the issue.

I have tried:
- https://wpml.org/forums/topic/there-is-a-problem-with-the-string-translation-table-in-your-site-this-problem-26/
- https://wpml.org/errata/missing-_icl_strings-_icl_string_translations-data-tables/
- WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting (it's a link). There, click on "Clear language information and repopulate languages".
- Deactivate / activate WPML plugins

Thank you for the updates. Unfortunately the steps on the database didn't solve the issue, this is why we need to take a step further in the investigation process, for that, please, consider: To best troubleshoot the issue, please make a snapshot of your site using the Duplicator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/. This will allow me to try and duplicate the error so that I can run further tests without interrupting your live site.

Once the snapshot is complete, either upload the snapshot ZIP file and the installer.php file to a file sharing service such as Dropbox (and share the link in your reply) or right click the Duplicator links in your wp-admin and paste in your reply.
Please note: It is important to reduce the size of the package so please exclude some paths like /cache or /uploads and also exclude archives and media files.I will also need the username and password of an account that was created BEFORE creating the duplicator package.I will enable the next reply to be private so only you and I have access to it!

I tried our standard procedures to fix this issue and even tried additional steps using the provided duplicator package, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working, this is why I forwarded your ticket to our second level support. I would need to export your database to patch some of the WPML's tables. Could I make a fresh copy of your database to patch it? Or you can provide it to me in the next private reply. We need to make sure that there are no changes in data between the database you sent us earlier and the current one.

Thanks for the update. I have took a copy of your database and patched it. You need to do following:

1. Took a backup
2. Check my next private reply; I put there patched part of your database;
3. Go to database using tool like PHPMyAdmin or similar;
4. Delete the following tables (you can find which ones in the private reply)
5. Import the file I shared
6. Go to _options table and delete option called "wpml_string_table_ok_for_mo_import"
