I have the following message:

There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you.

Please resolve the issue. I am including the login and FTP access

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I can see the error message in the backend of the site. I made a copy of the site's database and I sent it to our specialists to fix this issue.

The error message was removed but there's a new one:
One more step before you can translate on X Theme and Cornerstone
You need to enable WPML's Translation Editor, to translate conveniently.

When I click Enable it shows the following error: "This action is not allowed"
When I click on WPML Settings page it is blank.

Please advise...

Hi there,

In this case I recommend you to go to Plugins and activate Translation Management plugin. You can also go to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab and double check if the plugin is installed correctly.
