This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: Message on WordPRess Dashboard:
There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site...
1) Check for false positive results: Go to WPML> Languages and check if the default language and the secondary language are selected. Check the debug log if it is enabled for database errors.
2) Check the database for all icl_ prefix tables: -icl_strings -icl_string_translations -icl_string_packages -icl_string_pages -icl_string_positions -icl_string_status
If the above tables do not exist, run the following code: https://wpml.org/errata/missing-_icl_strings-_icl_string_translations-data-tables/ and then remove the wpml_string_table_ok_for_mo_import key from the options table (wp_options by default), where wp_ is your database prefix).
If the tables exist, go to the structure of the icl_strings table and look for the value for the index: "domain_name_context_md5";
If the index exists, go to the option table and remove the value of the wpml_string_table_ok_for_mo_import key from the option table (wp_options by default, where wp_ is your database prefix).
If the index does not exist, please contact us again.
