Hello,

Is this a new installation of WPML on this site ? Meaning that you dont have any existing translations

did you have any translations done on this site using WPML before this error happened?

i have examined your database tables and it looks like a lot of important tables are missing

1. if possible please run the following script and let me know once done
https://wpml.org/errata/missing-_icl_strings-_icl_string_translations-data-tables/

2. If no translations have been made previously on this site you could go to
WPML->Support->Troubleshooting->RESET and re run the WPML Installation.

NOTE : This action will remove any and all WPML content from your side so only perform it if you dont have any translations done yet with WPML
