Problem:
If you're experiencing a 404 error when clicking on the WPML tab in your WordPress dashboard, it might be due to a missing file in the WPML plugin folder.

We recommend you follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Create a full site backup.
2. Navigate to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab in your WordPress dashboard.
3. Check for updates and update the WPML plugins to the latest version.
4. Double-check if the issue has been resolved.

Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?
