Hello. Several weeks ago I opened a ticket (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-translate-image-alt-text/). It seemed to have been resolved, but later I realized it was not. So I tried to re-open it. But the agent has not replied. How can I re-open that ticket?

Hi,

I added the alt text to one of images as I explained.

Then I created a post and assigned the image.
I see now the English post shows english image alt
I see now the French post shows french image alt
