Please upgrade to the latest version of WPML Translation Management plugin( after a backup. Then check the issue is existing or not.

I would like to know the issue is happening after the steps described in the following thread. Because I have tried these steps a few times but not able to reproduce it exactly.

Or it is happening just randomly? Please let me know more details about this.
