Tell us what you are trying to do?
+ Installation of Multilingual CMS, 3.9.4. Only 20-30% of the contents could be downloaded in 20-30 minutes and finally a pop up(the attached) says "retry".
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

1.- It seems there is some kind of issue while downloading from our site. Have you tried manually installing the plugin?
