nunoP-7	Background of the issue: I am trying to transfer my automatic translation credits back to wpml.org from my website hidden link. This issue occurs on all my websites, but I was able to do it not long ago. Symptoms: The option to transfer credits back to wpml.org is not possible, and I am advised to contact support. Questions: Why can't I transfer my automatic translation credits back to wpml.org? What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

What was the ammount of credits that you see and wanted to move into wpml.org ?

nunoP-7	Hello, So, what you are telling me is that I can only transfer credits above 2000, which are the free ones, right? Anyway, I was able to transfer back free credits before, so this must be a recent change or at the time an error on your platform! Thank you

Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	It appears that the site previously had a Pay As You Go plan active, which is why these credits were issued. Transaction: 2000 credits deposited (wpmlorg_free) Date: 2025-08-26 16:26:19 UTC Please note that these 2,000 credits cannot be transferred out of the account. This restriction applies only to free credits. If the credits were prepaid, you would be able to withdraw them at any time and in any amount.
