This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to translate the 'Listings' & 'Reviews' tabs under their Profile page on the BuddyBoss theme and BuddyBoss Pro, which are created by the Geodirectory plugin. They could not find these tabs in string translation or admin text. Solution: We resolved the issue by registering the specific strings for the 'Listings' and 'Reviews' tabs in the WPML String Translation. The client should now see these tabs correctly translated into French in their profile section. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend checking if the strings are properly registered and translated in the WPML String Translation.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I would like to translate the *Listings* & *Reviews* tabs under my Profile page on BuddyBoss theme and Buddyboss pro in FRENCH. These tabs are being created by Geodirectory plugin compatible with Buddyboss. I can't seem to find a way to translate them in string translation, even in the admin text.
Symptoms:
Unable to find a way to translate the *Listings* & *Reviews* tabs in string translation or admin text.
Questions:
How can I translate the *Listings* & *Reviews* tabs under my Profile page on BuddyBoss theme and Buddyboss pro?
Is there a specific method to translate tabs created by the Geodirectory plugin in WPML?
I understand the issue you're encountering. If translation support is added for the "Listings" and "Reviews" items, you should be able to translate them using String Translation. Please try the following steps and see if they help:
- Go to WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization.
- Select the "Geodirectory" plugin and its addon, which the "Listings" and "Reviews" items belong to, and click the Scan button at the bottom.
- Once the scan is complete, go to WPML > String Translation.
- Search for the strings you're looking to translate.
- If the strings appear in the results, you can add the translations by clicking the "+" icon.
Please give it a try and let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Since the profile options are still not translatable, a closer inspection will be necessary to identify the root cause of the issue.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Hello There,
Thank you for sharing the access information.
I have checked and am happy to inform you that the issue is solved now. In the French version, the "Listings" and "Reviews" are showing correctly translated. Please check this screenshot: hidden link
Another instance of the string, including the count (Screenshot: hidden link), was registered in the String Translation. This is the string that needs to be translated. After doing so, the menu items display correctly in the profile section.
I hope it helps. Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance. I will be happy to help.
