Tell us what you are trying to do?

I am trying to translate the "additional content" which is a new feature in WC emails. I read the following post but still have an issue:

I have found the updated "Aditional Content" in the "translate strings in admin screens". I then clicked on the relevant text and pressed "apply". That should have brought that string into the string translation area to be translated. However when I do a search for my exact copy, nothing comes up (only the original "Aditional Content" appears).

Any ideas?

My issue is resolved now. Bravo that fixed it 🙂
I created a php.ini file as you explained and that did the trick. Big thank you.

I'm having a similar issue, i can't find the "Aditional Content" string in the string translation page even after doing the whole "translate strings in admin texts" thing.

Can you explain the fix?
