Tell us what you are trying to do?
translate comments to all languages (synch).

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Tried that bus I only see "XX comment", no comments itself

What is the link to your site?

Welcome to WPML Support.

I'll do my best to help you solve this issue.

We consider wp comments as not translatable kind of content because site visitors rarely would like to add a comment in two or more languages. They visit a site in a given language and they add a comment in the same language.

However, you can mimic it a bit. If you want to translate comments, simply visit a translated version of the page and add a comment by yourself. Then go to wp-admin > comments, find this comment and edit to update the commenter name and the rest of his data (when you add a comment, it will be signed by default as your comment).

I hope I was helpful. Don't hesitate to ask if you find any problem along the way or you have any other question, I'll gladly help you.
