I would appreciate some help translating the slug for a CPT -original language is Dutch, CPT is "Referenties" plural and "Referentie" singular. I would like it to be "Références" and "Référence" in French.

Solution: In WPML => Settings, make sure you have checked the box to allow slug translation. Then, you can scroll down to the post type section and translate the slugs there.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your staging site to take a better look at the issue.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields.

If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

The steps are also shown in this video: hidden link

Best regards

Hi there, i see you use redis caching on the site and suspect that's part of the issue. could you disable it, disable varnish cache on cloudways and then try to recreate the problem again and see if it's fixed then?

Just so you know, i have increased your WordPress Memory, because it was too low and was not meeting our minimum requirements.

Varnish was never activated (on the live site), maybe on the staging, hadn't checked that. But clearing the Redis Pro cache certainly fixed the problem! Redis is now active and it still works.
