This is actually now a staging site, since I had to move everything (without the WPML language switcher) to the live production site, cause the client couldn't wait any longer for it to be live. So you and I are now working on the staging site. hidden link

Yes the About Us page is fine to actually do the REAL version of the translation inside TATSU page builder.

Also, I think that Swahili on the About Us page is still not working as well.

Hi Alejandro,

Thanks so much for all your help with this. I just spoke with my client Sam Gabriel who is the owner of this website and the WPML account. We have decided that the manually translations is not suitable solution for the website. Every time they want to make a change on the website in the default language, they would have to change it manually in all the other languages. And if there is a structural change, that would also have to apply it manually on all of the other language pages as well. This is not a sustainable solution and way too time & cost intensive.

We were told that WPML would be compatible with our page builder for automatic translations, which is why we purchased the theme in the first place. Since this is not the case and the plugin is not working as described and promised, we would like to request a FULL refund for the plugin (and any automatic translation credits that may have not already been refunded).

You have been a great support and I would love to post a wonderful review regarding that, but unfortunately, we cannot continue on with this plugin.

I'll send the ticket to a person that can proceed with the refund but may I know who told you that it was compatible with WPML? because the thing is that if it's not Officially compatible then they were either lying, meant another kind of compatibility or THEY handle the compatibility and in that case then you'd have to go to their support to be able to add whatever is needed to make the theme compatible with our translation editor.

Anyways, I'm sad to see you go and that you ended up in this misunderstanding and I really thank you for your kind words towards me! Once the ticket is closed you'll be prompt a request to leave a capterra review, you can do so and mention my name if you want 😀
