This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client received a message with translation information in a table and was confused about the meaning of the 'Deadline' column, which showed the year 0001.
Solution:
1. Upon reviewing the email, we suggested that the issue might be related to the server since a deadline is typically set to 0000-00-00 when not defined, but the email showed 30.11.-0001. We requested a screenshot of the wp_icl_translate_job database table to investigate the dates stored there.
2. We reassured the client that the translation process should not be hindered by this date issue and that they should be able to complete translations without any problems.

I've just got a message with my translations info in a table

And I am just wondering what is the last column "Deadline" mean? Do I have to retranslate them at deadline? The thing is that year is showing 0001

Thank you for sharing the email.

When a deadline is not defined, it is usually set to 0000-00-00. However, in the email you shared, the deadline date is listed as 30.11.-0001, which leads me to believe that the issue may be related to the server.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the wp_icl_translate_job database table so we can investigate the dates stored there?

You know actually I am not that cody and the reason that I am bothered about is that I want to know is there something that can go wrong if I don't touch it. I just don't fully understand whether it is a problem that can hurt my site if I don't do something about it? Or do I have to refresh the translation by some definite date?

I don't want to go deep in it if it is all okay

I don't believe it will stop you from translating. You should be able to translate it when you can, complete the translations without issues, and see them on the front end. As I mentioned earlier, if no date is set, it is typical (by default) to see 0000-00-00. I think this is the case in your situation as well.

Без проблем 🙂
