Hello,

I am trying to: Translate a School Management Plugin (hidden link)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: The strings translated to the language I have currently selected.

Instead, I got: The strings not displaying in my selected language after being translated.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML!

I checked your screenshot, site and can confirm the issue is not longer present on your site.

Please check the attached screenshot. You were not seeing the translation because the WP Admin was set to display the interface in English regardless of language chosen.

If you would like the previous behavior, go to User - User Profile - Editing Language and uncheck the option.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Hello,

Thanks for your help. It's working on the admin side now.

When I login as a student, the language isn't changing, though.
I have also checked the option you said in the user profile of the student account.

How can I provide you new WordPress access details to login as a student?

Thanks again,
Best regards.

Hi,

Thank you for providing the details.

The student dashboard of the plugin doesn't provide any way to change the language. Morever, it doesn't look like the WordPress Dashboard, which is why the the WPML options may not work.

I suggest you to ask the plugin author about compatibility with WPML.

Let me know if you have any questions!
