Hi,

WPML’s Advanced Translation Editor receive a free quota of 2000 words. This is roughly 5 pages with a medium amount of content. If you use the automatic translation feature here and there, you’re not going to reach this quota very soon. When you use it to translate entire websites, it will run out after a few pages.
Then, if you want to get more machine translation (which we pay for), you can buy tiny, medium or large chunks of quota:
- Personal: $0.99 – 1500 words ($0.667 / 1000 words)
- Business: $9.99 – 20000 words ($0.5 / 1000 words)
- Publisher: $49.99 – 150000 words ($0.333 / 1000 words)

Here is doc for more details:
https://wpml.org/2018/12/machine-translation-quotas-for-wpmls-advanced-translation-editor/

Sorry, there is no other way to translate your pages automatically. You may need to add translation manually using Classic Translation Editor or you can bulk duplicate your existing pages in Spanish and then translate them.

Here are the docs:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/translation-editor-options/
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/using-content-duplication/

Thank you

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, my off days are Friday and Saturday. Now I’m available to answer your questions.

WPML advanced translation editor is included with your current package (Multilingual CMS) and you can just activate it by following this doc:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/activating-the-advanced-translation-editor/

With Advanced translation editor is bundled with a free quota of 2000 words. Once you spend the initial, free quota you need to buy more to keep translating. To do this, click the Buy words button at the top of the Advanced Translation Editor. You can see pricing list here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/automatic-translation-pricing/

Please also visit to this doc to understand how automatic translation works:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/how-automatic-translation-works/

Please let me know if this resolves your issue or you need further assistance with this issue.

Thank you

Hi,

When you finish your initial quota of 2000 free words then you will receive a message ("You need more machine translation words to automatically translate this entire document.”?) with “Buy Words” link. By pressing that link you can buy words according to your needs.

Thank you
