1) The homepage is translated in English but it keeps going back to the original French homepage.

2) Also, we can't assign translation to anyone anymore. The pages are stuck in the Translation bin. There seems to be a bug.

3) And is there a way to ''force'' to use Advanced Translation Editor? When I want to edit a translation, it opens the classic editor and not the advanced.

Thank you!

4) In this page: hidden link
I can't find where to translate the text below the product (View card set options).

Regarding point #4, I found where the text is injected. How can I modify it so WPML picks it up in the strings translation?

function bbloomer_view_product_button() {
global $product;
$link = $product->get_permalink();
echo '<a href="' . $link . '" class="button product_type_simple add_to_cart_button" style="font-size:13px">View Card Set Options</a>';
}

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support!

1. Please make sure your server meets all the requirements for running WPML:
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

2. We are not aware of such bug as of now. Can you please try deactivating non-WPML plugins and temporarily switch to a default theme like "TwentyNineeten" and see if you can assign?

3. Check the instructions here to enable the Advanced Translation Editor. If you are trying to translate the content that was previously translated using Classic Editor, you would have to enable one more option. Go to WPML - Settings - How to translate posts and pages - Content that was created with WPML Classic Translation Editor - and select "Switch to Advanced Translation Editor".

Note that this option may make the old translations unusuable. Use with caution.

4. Use the below code:

function bbloomer_view_product_button() {
	global $product;
	$link = $product->get_permalink();
	echo '<a href="' . $link . '" class="button product_type_simple add_to_cart_button" style="font-size:13px">' .__( 'View Card Set Options', 'bbloomer'). '</a>';
}

You need to wrap strings with gettext functions in order to make those translateable. You can find more information here:

https://codex.wordpress.org/I18n_for_WordPress_Developers#Strings_for_Translation
https://wpml.org/faq/language-setup/

Let me know if you have any questions!
