This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: Strings translated via String Translation do not appear translated on the front end.
Solution: Sometimes strings appear in the String Translation table because they were automatically scanned form the plugin files.
However, the kind of strings you are wanting to translate is usually stored in the database in the wp_otions table and need to be made translatable before you will see them appear in the table.
Please follow these steps to find and translate these options: - Go to WPML -> String Translation - Scroll to the end of the page and click on Translate texts in admin screens » - Find the strings you are looking for - Check the boxes next to those strings - Click the Save button - Go back to the WPML -> String Translation page and find the strings you just added - Translate the strings
