I am trying to: translate strings

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:hidden link

I expected to see: the translated strings of the bootstrap slider showing up

Instead, I got: A random selection of the strings that I translated appear translated while the rest are still showing up in EN. I translated all the strings of the bootstrap slider on our front page, however only some of the strings appear translated on our website, and it seems like it's a random selection.

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly.

May I first ask you this:
- update WPML and all its addons to the latest versions -

Apart from that, would you be willing to provide us with WordPress credentials so we could investigate the issue directly?

I marked your next reply as private so that you can safely add credentials.

You can use plugins such as UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin ( or ask your host to perform a site backup.

On a side note, it looks like that you're using this component, right?

It is possible that there may need to be some XML code registered in order to make all these things translatable, however the supporter who will take this ticket will provide you more information about it.
