Hi Carlos,

I'm asking for feedback for a ticket that i made on april 12... Its been escalated to the second level of support but u really need a solution now... Can someone let me know when it would be possible to give a solution? My client is really out of patience and i understand him. Its been more than 3 months now... Kind regards.
