Tell us what you are trying to do? Translate the Compare page (made with one line of shortcode)

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? Just put it live today ... magnagroup.ca .. click on two properties and click on compare on right side if page

Hi there,

I will help you with your issue.

Shortcodes are usually translated using custom XML function, However, the translation is limited to translating the shortcode attributes. Please refer https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/#page-builder-content

If your shortcode functionality generates contents using a function then it might require some developer skills to add WPML api to hook in to the content to display translated content while swithcing the lanague. If in case the shortcode is generated by the theme or plguin then such cases are handled as compatibility issue which can only be resolved by the theme or plguin author.
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/achieving-wpml-compatibility-for-your-themes-and-plugins/

Please let me know how the shortcode is added to the page and the associated theme or plugin which generates the shortcode.

Kind regards
Raja
