This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing difficulties translating content within a widget using the ElementsKit plugin. The content is inside an element and edited in a separate window, which complicates the translation process.
Solution:
We recommend following the guide provided by ElementsKit for translating widgets with sub-elements. This is necessary because items like the Advanced Tab are considered elements, and any content added under that tab is treated as a sub-element. Here is the step-by-step documentation provided by ElementsKit: https://wpmet.com/doc/translate-ekit-widgets-with-sub-elements/.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

I've reported this but the solution you gave me is highly complex.
Can you not do this for me?

See the screenshot below.

The tool can't translate content that is inside a widget like that.

I've tried your step by step but it does not work because the content is inside an element and it's edited in a separate window.

Please HELP ASAP

Hi there,

I could not find any other tickets that you have created that is why I have no context on what is suggested and what was the original issue?

If by widget you mean an Elementor Template that is called on a page it can be translated.

You can go to WordPress Dashboard > Templates > All Templates tab and find the template in question and click the + icon next to it to translate it.

If the issue is something else please provide more context and links so I can check.

Meanwhile, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Hi there,

Thank you I checked and this is the problem with ElementsKit plugin. I am not sure what my colleagues suggested before as I do not see any previous tickets under your username.

But the ElementsKit gave a solution which again you might characterize as complex but that is the only way to work:

hidden link

The reason behind the issue is that the Advanced Tab for example is an element and whatever you add under that tab will be considered as a sub element.

Thank you for your understanding.
