Hi,

At this moment, translating image file name for different languages is not a feature available in WPML or any addons. So, it is not possible.

Please note that such feature would require custom coding which is outside the scope of our support. If you would like to get it, please consider hiring our certified partners:

As a workaround, you can upload same image multiple times based on the language with your desired file name.

If you haven't looked at it already, you also need Media Translation addon to show different images for translations. You can find the documentation for Media Translation here:
