Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.
You can translate a lot of strings in WPML -> String Translation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/#activating-the-module

Strings from theme and plugin options can be found in the "Translate texts in admin screens" section: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/#admin_texts

That should help you get started.

If you need assistance locating specific strings we will need more details such as screenshots or maybe deactivate the maintenance mode plugin on your site so you can send us links to where we can see the strings on the front end.
