Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to translate the Shipping Method title given to the various shipping rules in ProWord Woocommerce Advanced shipping plugin, but I can't find the strings anywhere.

Is there any documentation that you are following? There is no translation specific documentation.

Is there a similar example that we can see? I don't know.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting support. I'll do my best to help you with your question.

In your WP dashboard navigate to WPML -> String Translation and use the search feature to locate the strings. If they don't come up in the search results, click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" at the bottom of the page. Check if you can find the strings there.

Thank you very much for your help. Unfortunately the strings don't show up in either of those places. (In a previous request Lauren explained the string admin method, and it did work for a previous problem, but I can't find this text in either the custom fields or the admin strings. I don't know where else I could look...

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look and see if I can find the rogue string.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT

Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.

If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Thanks. When I go to WPML -> String Translation and do a search for "priority" I get 3 pages of results. Several of them have not been translated. Similarly if I search for "tracking". See screenshots below. Translate all the strings in the results and let me know if the problem persists.
