Or maybe you are using the shortcode block of the WordPress editor? Please attach some screenshots so I can better understand the issue. Also, could you please share the Debug information of your site with us? You can read a detailed explanation about it here. http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support The debug info will give us a lot of information about how your site is configured and will help us understand the source of the problem.
