Is there any documentation that you are following?
I edited this website but could not follow to continue because I could not buy words. Now I can and the translator is not translating the whole site. I tried it several times and now it translated more sections but still not all. (see screenshot)

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. As far as I can see in the Browser Debugger your element is created using a default Avia Framework Element from Enfold, is this correct?

I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Thanks for the info. As I see you had already another issue with ATE, I will contact our ATE dev team directly about this new issue. When this is done, we can continue the initial problem, for which I finished before an option translation.

Hi,

I tried now to import the version from Advanced Translation Editor over an XLIFF file. This was working, but we have the initial problem again, that some content is not translated and don't appear on the Advanced Translation Editor (like "Review of the trading conditions for traders").

When I redeliver the job a second time, everything gets overwritten again with English. So I'm stuck in a loop to solve your initial problem.

I consulted our 2nd Tier again to find a way to solve this. For the moment I synced back the Arabic version, where some content is still in English (as mentioned above).

I will update you once I know more.

Maybe its because my cache plugin WP Rocket?
Try to deactivate it.
