Joeri

Goodday,

I have added a plugin with a function to edit the new user registration e-mail with the login details. Through 'Theme and plugins localization' I can scan the plugin for translation strings and these are detected and placed in the .mo file, but when I translate them and save them they are not visible when I register (in my case) on the Dutch version of the website and receive the email.

I am missing a setting that has to be made for it to work?

Best regards,

Joeri.

Dear Joeri,

You can use the icl_translate($context, $name, $content) function. Please read this document, it explain more how to use this one: http://wpml.org/documentation/support/translation-for-texts-by-other-plugins-and-themes/

Please let me know if you are satisfied with my answer and if I can help you with any other questions you might have.
