Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I’ll be glad to help you today.

1) Could you please tell me if you were able to find the strings in the string translation?
If not, kindly check the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> Theme and plugin localization, select your theme and scan it
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation
3- Scroll down and click on the “Translate texts in admin screens »” link
4- Type “The string” you want to translate into the search box
5- Select the “The string”
6- Click on the “Add to String Translation” button
7- Then click on “« Return to String Translation” link
8- Translate “The string” and check if it works correctly on the front end

Kindly read this to know more about translating texts in admin screens. (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/)

It seems like you use the Xstore theme, so kindly check our guide about building multilingual eCommerce sites using XStore and WPML. (https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/building-multilingual-ecommerce-sites-using-xstore-and-wpml/)

2) It might not be related to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. Minimum requirements for WPML are 128Mb. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)

Add this to the top of wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

I hope this helps you. If you need further info, please let me know.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Thanks for your cooperation

Regards,
Osama

Hi,

1)Thanks for the access details. I was able to fix the menu issue. (Kindly check the attached screenshot 1)

The steps to fix this issue were the following:
1- Go to theme options
2- Type these strings in Arabic
3- Go to WPML-> String Translation-> Admin texts, add the strings to the String Translation
4- Translate the strings from Arabic to English

Kindly check and let me know if they work correctly.

2) For the form issue, I was able to fix this one by translating the strings using WPML-> String Translation by the default way. (Kindly check the attached screenshot 2)

Kindly check the form and let me know if it works correctly. If you need any further info, please let me know.

Thanks for your cooperation

Regards,
Osama
