I noticed that many of our translations, which we hired a translation agency to do for us and inserted manually, have gone missing from the backend. On the front-end we can still see the translated text. But it's causing confusion for when we want to add new text to see some of the already translated text missing. Why is this happening and how can we solve it?
I've checked your Website and I'm able to see issues with translations. However, after running the troubleshooting options here hidden link , it seems to fix it.
Could you please ask your translators to translate other languages and see if it works? Chinese language hidden link works fine now.
I am checking the same page - Our Members (Chinese), and the issue persists. There's sections that are blank and the bar at the bottom says 75% complete.

By making these adjustments, it should refresh the "Advanced Translation Editor," which should, in turn, resolve the translation issue you encountered earlier. Could you please give it another try and let me know if the translation process is functioning correctly now?
As a troubleshooting step, would you mind trying to complete the translations for the Arabic language and verifying if it resolves the issue?
Making some minor adjustments to the primary language page should refresh the Advanced Translation Editor, allowing it to save the correct translations. Just like the homepage that we were working on earlier. Let me know how it goes.
The issue is not about whether or not the translations can be added. The issue is that the translations that I added some time ago, are now gone missing. Sure - I can re-add all translations but that's going to take time and cost money. I want to know why the translations went missing in the first place and how we stop that happening again? This is a premium plugin and we're paying good money for it - I shouldn't have to re-add translations as a 'solution'. Please propose something better!
