      <key name="footer_custom_block"/>

Hey,

Thank you for reaching out the WPML support!

As I can see, the widgets from the footer area are created using Elementor. In this case, have you tried to translate them as described in this article from our documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#translate-global-widgets?

Thanks,
Radu

Hi,
I can not add the English version of the widget itself because it is in the skin options. There is no translation option. But WPML recognizes this string for translation. After translating, the string is not visible on the page.

Kind Regards

Hey,

is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a closer look at this field and see how it can be translated, please? The next reply is set to be private so you can safely send me the credentials.

Thanks,
Radu

Hey,

I checked the section that you pointed but I can see that now is grayed out and cannot be edited (see the attached screenshot). Can you tell me if there's any other place where I can see the footer elements so I can check how they can be translated?

Thanks,
Radu

Hey,

Please go here hidden link, translate the text, check the Translation is complete box, and hit the Save button. Just give this a try and tell me how things work this time.

Thanks,
Radu

Hi

I would like to add a site key (hidden link), but it is monitored that the page already has code.
Can I use my site key?

Kind Regards
J.Pilucik
