Hi,

Now the dashboard works fine, but I will not be able to send to the service because it is not authenticated, so can you please authenticate the service first then I will send the job.

Best regards.

Hi,

When I tried to send the page I got this error message on out TP logs from Gengo service:

Gengo responded with [ERROR] Gengo::Exception(opstat=error, code=2700, msg=not enough credits)

So can you please add enough credit to your Gengo account and try again?

Best regards.

Ah ok, got it, will add some credits. I suggest you could respond the error message to the users, or the users won't know what the problems are.

Thanks

Hi Ahmed,

I have another issue, I can not enable the "One more step before you can translate on Elementor". (please find the image attached) Could you please help? I think I will need to enable this feature then send the content to Gengo for translation?

Thanks

Hi,

As the Elementor issue is a different issue, please open a new ticket for it as this will help to make everything organized, and will help other users who have similar issues.

Best regards.

Hi there,

Ok, I will open a new ticket for that, but do I need to resolve that issue before submitting the content to Gengo for translating or we can submit the content now?

Thanks

Hi,

I think you can send but better to fix it first.
Where do you see this message, I can't see it on your site

Best regards.
