We are running into an issue sending the translations off through to a 3rd party translator. These have worked in the past but for whatever reason we now get the following error:

Translation Jobs Cancelled
WPML could not deliver the translation jobs to SDL Language Cloud TMS. If this is the first time you’re seeing this message, return to WPML’s Translation Dashboard and retry sending the content to translation. If the problem persists, open a ticket in WPML support, so that we can check what’s wrong and help you.

I checked the communication log and am seeing a 'success' (I can send the full log via private message if you enable it):

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Also you can paste the rest of the error there.

Hello,

This is Ahmed Mamdouh from the translation proxy team and I'll help you with this ticket.

The issue happened because you changed the selected project option which appears in the translation basket

I have checked the project and found that it has some batches that work correctly like this one: Alteryx|WPML|en|10

When checking the request we got from WPML when creating this batch I found the extra_fields send along with the batch were:

"extra_fields": {
"workflow": "35d13884-0da3-4676-81d2-3f5197706317"
},

And when checking the request we got when trying to create the failed batch: MKT-WEB - ALteryx Integrations|en|6 the extra fields were:

"extra_fields": {
"workflow": "794ea265-5dc2-4bd8-b66f-3946b64f2daa"
}

And the project options from SDL contain only the 35d13884-0da3-4676-81d2-3f5197706317 workflow

The workflow can be determined from the project options that existed in the translation basket, check the attached image that shows an example from my local installation

So please select the correct option that is allowed by your service 35d13884-0da3-4676-81d2-3f5197706317 and let me know if it works as expected.

Hi there -

Unfortunately, I only see one option within the project settings. See screenshot.

We have used this same option in the past and it has worked.

However, now none of our jobs will submit for translation.

Hello,

I checked your translation basket and from my end, I can see another project option as shown in the attached screenshot.

Maybe SDL changed the project options from their end or something.

So please click the refresh button shown right above the project options to see the new project option and try to re-send the jobs again and let me know how it goes.
