I am trying to: update translation

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: previous translation is lost for some reason

I expected to see: just the new fields to update

Instead, I got: empty advanced translator, translation disappeared

Did the translation lost with any actions on the site, if you remember any updates/changes before the error appear, could you please let me know?

Further, could you please provide feedback on the following questions as much as possible?

Can you please elaborate a little more so I can better understand?

Sometimes screenshots illustrating what you mean may go a long way to clarify what words fail to transmit so if you like making use of "upload an image" below the comment area.

Can you confirm that you are still experiencing issues with minimal set up (all plugins except WPML disabled and the theme on a WordPress default such as Twenty Nineteen)

1. Please follow the debugging information provided here:
2. Repeat the action of creating the problem.
3. Copy and paste the contents of debug.log (log file inside the /wp-content/ directory) here for me to see.
