I do not have the option of translation management; when i try to install the translation management plugin it gives me the error that it has already been integrated in the CMS. I attached pictures . I also can't find the wizard option |

Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. Yes, I reset everything and it worked; but now I have another problem, I automatically translated the whole site, but when I preview to see a translation I get the error below |

Hi there and thank you for the confirmation. From my understanding, there is also a new issue that you are looking to have fixed. Our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket.
