Been trying to set up for a couple hours..seems full of bugs...this is whats in my translation management tab after I added 1 job to be translated:

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this.

Please make sure that you have mbstring enabled, this could be the cause of the error. If that does not resolve it, I recommend manually installing a fresh download. To do this, deactivate and delete all WPML plugins. This will not delete your translations.

Then, go to http://www.wpml.org/account/downloads and download a fresh install of the core plugin, Sitepress Multilingual CMS. Install and activate via the Plugins screen. If that is successful, go to Plugins -> Add New and click the Commercial tab. From here, you can click "Check for Updates". Then, select one add on at a time to install and activate. This way we will be able to see if there is one triggering an error.

Please let me know if everything activates or if you get an error after a particular plugin.

Fresh install did not work, same error persists. I deactivated the string translations and the Translation Management Basket screen error was gone and it showed my 2 pending translations. However 2 new problems:

1) I cannot send to any services, I get this error:

Rollback jobs...

Batch rolled back

2.) My Advanced translator screen does not show. I can only get the classic translator system to show up

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
