[Resolved] Translation of admin_texts_astra-settings domain creates mixed content (translations instead of orig...
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing mixed content issues when translating the 'admin_texts_astra-settings' domain, where translations were replacing the original English text with Spanish on their website. Solution: The client resolved the issue before the WPML support team could provide a solution. However, if you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend setting up a staging website to test translations thoroughly before applying them to the live site. This approach helps identify and fix translation issues without affecting the live environment.
If this solution is outdated or does not apply to your case, please check the related known issues and verify that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the 'admin_texts_astra-settings' domain, but it creates mixed content with translations instead of the original text. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.
Symptoms:
I expected to see English text such as 'Entrega en todo el mundo con seguimiento' and '14-day money-back guarantee', but instead, I got Spanish text.
Questions:
Why is the translation of 'admin_texts_astra-settings' creating mixed content?
How can I ensure the original English text is displayed instead of Spanish?
This is the 4 or 5th time I contact you about this matter!!!!!!!!! It was NEVER RESOLVED properly. I get the issue back ALL THE TIME.

Yes ticket is 4 days old I fixed the problem.
If I translate them it will be messed up.
I suggest using a staging website, and you will see. Usualy I use automatic translation
In your message, you wrote: "Yes ticket is 4 days old I fixed the problem." which made me believe the problem was already solved.
I kindly ask you to share a link to a video showing step-by-step how to reproduce the issue on the site. This will help me reproduce the problem on my end.
Also, I would like to ask you to share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set to private.
Please confirm you created a full site backup before sharing the access credentials.
I solved a few issues with Woocommerce Multilingual that you can find in Woocommerce -> Woocommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Status tab on your production site.
After that, I went to WPML -> Them and plugins localization -visited the site in a secondary language because it was required by a banner- and then scanned the theme. Then I went to WPML -> Translation Management -> Selected the "Free shipping on orders over $149+" string and automatically translated it to all languages. Now you can see it is correctly translated.
Please let me know if there is another step you followed so I can reproduce the issue.
Note: I had to change the Language URL Format in WPML -> Languages and add a language switcher to the footer of the site to be able to switch languages.
However, if by any chance, you experience de same issue, please try to describe all the steps you followed right before the issue happened. This will help us to identify the cause of the issue.
I'm doing it on live version of kula-tactical.com. Keeping you informed.
1/ Go to translation management menu
2/ Select all concerned strings from domain admin_texts_astra-settings
3/ Send to automatic translation for all languages.
4/ Saw a missing string: add it from "Admin text translation" strings page.
5/ Send it to translation like the other ones.
For the moment all is good.
But it will be messed up after some time, I'm almost sure about it.
However I don't know why.
1.- Could you please describe the exact steps you’re taking, step by step? This will help us better understand the issue and try to reproduce it on our side.
2.- Also, can you confirm if you updated the information in the Customizer while using the default language first, and then translated the strings using WPML’s String Translation?
