Hi!

First: is it possible to hide this ticket? I can't see that option.

Now to my issue. I am translating my site from Swedish to English. Mostly it works just fine. But now I have run into an issue. I want to translate som strings in an Elementor template containing som book info. It seems to work fine to do the translation, but the translation does not show up when I look at a page using this template (see hidden link and look below the tab called "More info" - by the way, the translation works for this tab title!).

The template use ACF fields. The labels you see on the page (e.g. "Författare" = "Author") are not the fields labels, just plain text in the template.

This "book info" template is actually here inside a widget which lives inside a product Elementor template (see the images).

I attach some images which show this issue. I have some explanatory texts inside the images.

I can give yo access to an dev site where I for the moment have not started any translation yet.

Best,
Bengt

Hi.

I can see the issue on your site.

It looks like a complex set up. You are using Elementor, ACF, and, I think an add-on for Elementor (Advanced Tabs), which I can see that you use a few of them. And in addition you, of course, using WPML.

Are you using any of the Elementor add-ons for this template?
If so can you please send me the link to this plugin?

Eventually, if needed we might need to replicate this on a fresh WordPress installation.

Thanks,
Itamar.

Hi Itamar!

Thanks! I am using:

* Elementor Pro for the product template ant for this small book info section template.

* Essential Addons for Elementor (hidden link) and their element/widget "Advanced Tabs" for the tabbed interface - "Description" and "More info". The "More info" is connected to the small book info section template created with Elementor (as show in the image wpml-bokinfo-07.jpg in previous post).

Best,
Bengt
