Hi

So far WPML was working well to translate automatically all my job ads pages from English to French. We are a recruitment company, and we post jobs regularly in English, and then use WPML to translate to French the job which is in fact a new page of the website
Today it's not the case anymore, I get a message stating that WPML tried and fail (and after third time asking to contact you).
I first tought that I was near the end of my credits (2000left), so I move to the automatic reload option. However this has not helped

I checked also the memory limit in site health and this seems to be ok, so not sure what is wrong. However on WPML it is stated memory limit 40M a memory of 128MB is required.
Not sure which memory WPML is refering to but on the site health the limit are above 128MB

Hi there.

This issue might be happening due to a recent update. Sorry for that.

Can you please let me know if you had the chance to try the steps mentioned at the URL below?

If that doesn't work, please also try this:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/ate-server-communication-forbidden-5/#post-11295981

or this:
https://wpml.org/errata/wpml-triggers-a-migration-notification-banner-even-when-the-site-hasnt-been-migrated/

If none of those will work, we have another thing that you can try.

One user reported that they fixed the issue with the following steps:

- Go to WPML > Translation Management
- Click on "Translators"
- Check if your user is defined as a translator. If not, please configure it again.

Please let me know how that goes and if you are now able to translate pages.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei
