Sorry for the small delay, I was on vacation, happy new years :).
The built in houzez translation tab should not be used if your site main language is english, please do not use it.
And these english fields can all be found and translated under String Translation, this way WPML can find these english fields and switch them to french in the french site. And it is safe to translate all instances, houzez admin strings can be translated too.
And from previous report, I do not recall if we had to go through all fields, but If all the fields reverted to French in one specific tab (I see there are multiple field lists under houzez tab) and not random, I'm suspecting houzez detecting your french site and somehow forcing french texts there, but this is very unlikely (No such function can be seen in its code).
If you ever get this again, do not fix yourself immediately because I would need a site copy first, maybe at least get a backup that I can download so I can trace the issue.
For the fake users, it seems they are subscribers, which could be explained by this option being enabled : hidden link
You can disable it to avoid bots from creating users.
I’m sorry to say that I’m disappointed with your last response. It repeats almost word for word what you mentioned earlier (reply #17695852), without really addressing the problem.
To clarify, I am not using the built-in Houzez translation tab. I did translate those fields from English to French once, by mistake, at the very beginning, as you noted, but I have not touched them since. However, the fields continued to re-translate themselves randomly on multiple occasions (at least 10 times), which forced me to manually switch them back to English each time. This resulted in a significant and unnecessary loss of time on my end.
Not all the fields across the different lists in the translation tab were affected, but many of them were, and across several lists.
Since the root cause has not been identified, I’m concerned that the issue will most likely happen again, which means we may end up in the same situation in the future. I initially wanted to leave it to you to resolve, but due to the holiday delay, I could not leave my website, especially my clients’ listings, appearing inconsistent and unprofessional with mixed languages.
So yes, I will let you know not “if,” but "when" this happens again, and I truly hope that when it does, I’ll be able to receive quicker and more effective support.
Regarding the fake users, I will look into that separately.

It was not my intention to disregard your issue, I'm just trying to be as clear as possible to reduce complications and to give my honest unfiltered opinion.
The tricky part here is that issues that cannot be replicated on the spot are harder to track as I can't really debug this without a clear direction. I suspected houzez updates related issues, but this type of issues did not occur on my side.
Let me know if you ever get this issue again and please do not fix it until you or I create a backup of your site.
