From where the Strings come from? If there are from the Backend/Customizer you can try this:

sure.

I would eventually also need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Hi Fabio,

I see the(Header) Strings here hidden link under the textdomain "theme_mods_greenly-child", but I'm not able to register them.

This could be caused by a Theme or plugin conflict (Errors in JS console). Could you please upload your Theme here hidden link on this Sandbox? I will try to extract them via a manual XML config.

This is controlled by a Widget.

I created you an additional Widget, which is configured to be displayed for EN, and changed your actual Widget to "Italian"
