I am trying to convert post into another language but as per the given tutorial image attached my translation page is not showing it is showing little different.

I have attached my site backed page also.

Are you talking about the Translation Editor? If so, to use Translation Editor, you need the WPML Translation Management add-on, which is available on the "WPML Multilingual" license: https://wpml.org/purchase/

After installing the WPML Translation Management plugin (which is available on the "Multilingual CMS" license), you should follow the steps below:

- Click on the WPML > Settings > How to translate posts and pages
- Select the "Use the Classic Translation Editor"
- Click on the "Save" button

Note: This option is only available when WPML Translation Management is installed.
