I am trying to: make the translated page the same everywhere, but the language.

I expected to see: the same footer widgets and sidebar options for the spanish language.
(Note you wont see a left sidebar on the spanish language page as I manually changed it already)

Could you help with this please?

All I have done is Edit the contact us Page, find the Plus icon to the right side and clicked it, used auto translation and done.
