Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I need some clarifications of what you need to achieve here in order to give you a more accurate answer. Translations permission should be given for those users with 'subscriber' roles, this way you make sure they only have access to the translation tools instead of having access to the entire WordPress Dashboard admin sections. See:https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/working-with-translation-managers/. Please, let me know if it helps, have a nice day.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. In this case you would need to add your desired users as translators from your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Translation Management > Translators. In your particular case if you want to add the translator permission for multiples users at once, then you can check these resources:

https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-can-assign-the-translate-privilege-to-an-entire-rule/

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-to-use-access-plugin-to-create-editors-for-specific-language/

Please, let me know if it helps, have a nice day.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. The Access plugin is part of the entire Toolset package you find at: https://toolset.com/home/types-access/ it is a paid premium plugin from the makers of WPML. You can achieve the same result using a free alternative in case you don't need the power features this package offers. In this case you can try the User Role Editor plugin from: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/. Hope it helps, have a nice day.
