I am trying to translate taxonomy "Neighborhoods" from the WPML options -> translate taxonomy but there are two problems :

1) there are not all the taxonomies "Neighborhoods" showing

2) i have translated some of them but still show them as not translated.

Thank you for for the updates. I took a look at your WordPress Dashboard and could confirm the issue, an additional and detailed investigation is needed, for that, please consider:

To best troubleshoot the issue, please make a snapshot of your site using the Duplicator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/. This will allow me to try and duplicate the error so that I can run further tests without interrupting your live site.

Once the snapshot is complete, either upload the snapshot ZIP file and the installer.php file to a file sharing service such as Dropbox (and share the link in your reply) or right click the Duplicator links in your wp-admin and paste in your reply.
Please note: It is important to reduce the size of the package so please exclude some paths like /cache or /uploads and also exclude archives and media files.I will also need the username and password of an account that was created BEFORE creating the duplicator package.I will enable the next reply to be private so only you and I have access to it!

I am jumping here to let you know I am working on your issue, I will proceed now with a reproduction of this issue in a clean sandbox install so I can determine if it is something particular for your database only or there's some kind of compatibility issue here. Hello again ,
We found the solution of our problem,it was the limit of how many Neighborhood to show.
I have another issue with the translation taxonomy...i believe that is not a bug but if you can help me i would appreciate it. When we try to translate the taxonomy "Neighborhood" , we have only the choice of translation....BUT all those "Neighborhood" are related with a taxonomy "City".....So if there is anyway to translate the taxonomy "Neighborhood" and we have the choice to assign it to the City taxonomy let us know.

Thank you for the updates. The taxonomy relationship field is added by your theme functionality, so it is something not default to WordPress and this is why you don't see it when using the WPMP taxonomy translation feature, I recommend you to give a closer look at the translation preferences for any custom taxonomy from your 'Custom Term Meta Translation' from your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Settings, you can set any city term to be copied across languages for example.

Another option is to manually assign a city using the default category editing screen instead of the WPML taxonomy translation feature.

Hi again!
I tried your solutions but nothing seems to work.
We must find a solution to this otherwise i must translate 1500+ items and then assign each one to a city which is the taxonomy field. And imagine doing this x4 languages that my site has.
I must somehow make it, through the wpml translation to also retrieve the translation of the "parent city" taxonomy..
Please let me know if there is a solution to this.

I forwarded your ticket to our second level support, so they can take a detailed look if there's a more convenient way of getting the custom taxonomy settings preserved across translations without having to manually update one by one.
