I am trying to: Translate my Website but there is a problem with the WPML Plugin. The Restaurants what we have listed are shown as closed in the Thai Language in the main theme language English they are shown as open which is correct so we checked the Server the Time Zone is correct ( Bangkok ) the Developer said it comes from the WPML Plugin I have no idea why this is happen can you please help me Thank you very much for you help I looking forward other from you

It could be that this field value needs to be copied to the secondary language. I assume you set some sort of hours to indicate when the restaurant is open? Please go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Multilingual Content Setup. Scroll down to the custom fields section and click Show System Fields. Now search for a field where you would enter those values and if you find it, set it to copy.

If you don't find the field or that doesn't work, please go to WPML > String Translation and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the link "Translate texts in admin screens »". Then, scroll through that page and see if you find the the string. If so, tick the checkbox and click Apply to add it to the String Translation table. Now you can go back to WPML > String Translation and you should see the string added there.

Hi Lauren
thanks for your help but it was not successful more and more I believe it will be the best if a WPML contractor sort all open things like menu categories etc. I have reached my limit may it it also the Theme they prefer a other free translation tool but I prefer WPML so it will be more work but with a better knowledge in how you translate a website with your tool it will be ok.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
