When we translate our products WPML indicates that our product pages cannot be translated

This issue might be happening due to a recent update. Sorry for that.

Can you please let me know if you had the chance to try the steps mentioned at the URL below?

If that doesn't work, please also try this:

If none of those will work, we have another thing that you can try.

One user reported that they fixed the issue with the following steps:

- Go to WPML > Translation Management
- Click on "Translators"
- Check if your user is defined as a translator. If not, please configure it again.

Please let me know how that goes and if you are now able to translate pages.

Hi there and thank you for the update.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.

In the credentials that you shared in the private fields here (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translation-products-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/#post-11325175), I am not able to see any username or password so I am not able to log into the website.

Hi there.

The only way we are offering support to our customers is through this Support Forum or live chat.

We don't do e-mails or phone calls.

The way the live chat system works is that whenever you try to open a new ticket, you will be automatically offered a live chat session if there is anyone available for that.

If not, your request will be automatically turned into a Support Ticket.

If you prefer live chat, you can mark this ticket as resolved and then try to open a new one where you explain the issue that you are dealing with and if there will be any available team mate for live chat, you will be automatically assigned to a chat session.

The only thing that I need from you is to give me the correct credentials from here (hidden link) so that I can properly log into the website and debug this.

I mentioned here (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translation-products-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/#post-11346705) that the credentials are not working.
