I have translated the contact form multilaangue and everything is fine.

But I would also need to change the internal settings like for example where to receive the email according to the webiste language the visitor is contacting us from;

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I've made an extensive test in order to confirm if it is a possible feature, but unfortunately I couldn't make it to work, everytime you change the recipient address in a language this change is replicated to all the languages in your website.

Here I recommend you to try a custom solution by code, here is a related sample on how to choose a different recipient based on a determined condition: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/83429/how-to-choose-email-recipient-in-contact-form-7-based-on-address-state-input-in in this particular case it is not related itself with a language condition but this sample can be adapted for those with enough code knowledge.

In case you don't have enough code knowledge to proceed with such solution, I recommend you to consider contacting one of our WPML contractors at: https://wpml.org/contractors/. Sorry for not being so useful here, have a nice day.

I actually entered on each contact form page and modified the email address on the field settings. It seems to work.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
