Hey! I'm developing a site using WPML and I cannot seem to find an option to include a language switcher in the product.

I know I can include the switcher in the nav and footer nav, but I would like it to be on the single product as well - is this possible?

Image attached - I've drawn a flag where i'd like a switcher to be if possible.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. In this case, I would recommend a custom code to display the language switcher in your single product template file. Something like:

1 - Look for the single product template file of your theme and copy it to your child theme in case you are using a child theme (Note: it is always recommended to make any theme code customization using a child theme, doing it this way you avoid loosing your changes in case of theme updates).

See: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/

2 - Enter a custom code to display a language switcher in your single product template file, you have these options to show the language switcher:

Dropdown list of languages:

do_action( 'wpml_add_language_selector' );

Horizontal list of languages:

do_action( 'wpml_footer_language_selector' );

See: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/#language-switcher

Please, let me know if it helps, have a nice day.
